While we do try to keep some of our most popular products in stock, we make everything by hand and in house. No outsourcing here! This means that there can sometimes be small delays in getting your new Knaughty Log piece of furniture done and shipped out to you. We work hard to get your order out to you in a timely manner without sacrificing the quality of our work. Most orders are ready to ship in less than two weeks (could be longer for custom orders) and sometimes much faster.

Yes, we can ship internationally! Please contact us with what you would like to order and your full shipping address so we can get you the cheapest shipping quote possible. 

Taxes and duties are subject to your home country's regulations: we are not responsible to paying any applicable duty rates. 

Our transit times for International Shipments are generally 5 to 12 business days.

We know that in rare occasions, that are outside of our control, an item may show up with damage incurred while in transit.

We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our products so if the wood or our craftsmanship fails somewhere down the line, just reach out and will get a complimentary replacement shipped out as soon as possible.
